Champignon and truffle sauce on a grilled steak

Ingredients (3 people)

  • Beef steak (3) 200 grams each
  • Yar of “Tartufunghi” (Champignon and truffle sauce)
  • Rosemary
  • “Cervia” salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil


Cook the meat with the rosemary on a very hot cooking plate, both sides, according to your favourite baking times. Put the steak on a cutting board and start cutting info slices. Serve it on a dish adding salt, extra virgin olive oil and champignon, truffle sauce.
