How clean a truffle before consuming

In order to have a clean truffle, ready to use, you need to follow this basic rule: brush it under running water, do not leave soaking.

Once the truffle has been washed you need to dry it and it’s ready to use or to be frozen. It is possible in fact to freeze the truffle.
