How to store a truffle

Suggestions on how to preserve the truffle

Many people are asking us the right method for cleaning the truffle, if they have to peel it or maybe eating the truffle together with the mud not to demage it!

As long as you are using it you must keep the truffle wrapper in absorbent paper, everyday. It has to be always dry, not damp. Some of our customers asked if the truffle must be kept in the yar together with dry rice. It is not advisable becouse the rice would dry up the truffle, taking aways its aroma.
