Hamburger with creamy truffle sauce

Ingredients

  • Beef burger (129gr)
  • Burger sandwich
  • Creamy truffle sauce
  • 1 thin slice of bacon
  • 2 leaves of chicory
  • Wild rocket
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Cook the burger into a pan with little olive oil and a pinch of salt. Grill the bacon in the same pan. Warm up the sandwich, cut in half and spread the mayonnaise both sides. Stuff the sandwich first with the rochet then the burger, lot of creamy truffle sauce, the bacon and finally the chicory cut into thin stripes. Close your sandwich and enjoi!
